Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

September 6, 2008

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive committee was called to order at 5:30 p.m. on September 6, 2008 at the RCDR Hare Scramble. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

II. New Business

Randy Faul made a motion to appoint Bill Drymon as Election Chairman for the upcoming election. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Randy Faul made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
