Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

August 2, 2008

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive Committee was called to order at 8:30 p.m. on August 2, 2008 at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

None

II. New Business

Joe Steidl informed the committee that he had received notice from SAQR that they will have to withdraw their sanction request for March 14/15, 2009. Joe Steidl made a motion to host an FTR Benefit on that date. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Randy Faul will serve as Benefit Chairman.

Kevin Carr made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded and passed. The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
